After graduate studies at Columbia University in electrical engineering, he decided to pursue his passion and founded Jonasvar Incorporated in 2003. He was awarded the opportunity to implement his vision of affording an exceptional quality of life to a struggling Bronx community of cooperatives by providing full-service property management. Jonasvar has provided property management in this community for 19 years, and we are proud to say that we have completely turned this community around and many other communities throughout New York.
